The extinguisher is triggered by rising temperatures, activating the release of its contents through the quartzoid bulb at 68°C.
To maximize its effectiveness, the ceiling-mounted 5kg automatic fire extinguisher should be installed in the room's centre, covering an area of up to 12m2. It contains ABC powder, making it suitable for combating various fire types, including Class A, B, C, and electrically started fires. Meets the necessary safety standards with CE Mark, UKCA approval, and BSI testing.
The versatility of this extinguisher makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, such as engine rooms, warehouses, and server rooms. It's also safe to use in boats, plant rooms, engine bays, and flammable liquid stores.
