The environmentally conscious P50 Self-Service 6 litre foam fire extinguisher is filled with Fluorine-Free foam and backed by a reassuring 10-year warranty. This extinguisher eliminates the need for annual servicing by an extinguisher technician, offering both cost-saving and environmental benefits. Equipped with user-friendly instructions, conducting and recording the annual checks is a breeze. What's more, this 6 litre foam extinguisher is safe for use on electricals, negating the need for a CO2 fire extinguisher. This reduction in extinguisher count not only cuts costs but also minimises potential confusion.

As one of the pioneering PFAS-free foam extinguishers, it makes a positive impact on the environment by omitting Fluro-chemicals known to contaminate and have a lasting detrimental effect. You'll be well-prepared for upcoming regulatory changes in the next few years.

The 6 litre Eco-Foam Fire Extinguisher boasts a commendable fire rating of 27A 144B, aligning with the high standards upheld by all our P50 fire extinguishers. These include the prestigious BSi Kitemark, alongside UKCA, EN3, PED, and MED approvals. Suitable for everyday combustibles (Class A) and flammable liquids (Class B), it has successfully passed rigorous testing for use around electrical equipment.

Inspecting the Eco 6 litre Foam P50 Fire Extinguisher is a straightforward process, aided by printed instructions on the back. This also allows you to log maintenance using a marker pen, plus there is an app available for Google and Apple devices which you can use to register and log annual maintenance. The extinguisher features a pressure regulation gauge, complemented by a secondary gauge for added assurance. Additionally, a special magnet is supplied to verify the functionality of both gauges.

Manufactured in Great Britain by Britannia, each P50 Fireworld fire extinguisher is virtually indestructible, fashioned from polyethylene and Aramid fibre (Kevlar®). This guarantees it won't corrode, setting it apart from standard steel extinguishers. Its durability allows for both indoor and outdoor use, maintaining a lightweight yet incredibly robust build. With an impressive 20-year lifespan, it requires factory refurbishment at the 10-year mark, contributing to waste reduction and is fully recyclable at the end of its service life.

Suitable for premises shops, offices, warehouses, factories, workshops, petrol stations, and anywhere storing flammable liquids such as paints, solvents, oils and petrol.

Types of fire include Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc), B (flammable liquids), and fire involving electrical equipment (tested to 1000V).

Anticipated lifespan with indoor use and proper maintenance - 10 years, with an additional 10 years after factory refurbishment.

Please Note: You should still have your new P50 Self-Service extinguishers commissioned and installed by an extinguisher technician.
