Smoke-Rated Surface-Mounted Bottom Door Seal

Choose this bottom door seal where a face-mounted application is appropriate. When properly installed on a wood or metal door this durable seal will provide effective protection for up to 200,000 cycles. Tested and suitable for proprietary fire doors. The body is constructed of aluminium with a self-extinguishing rubber PVC seal and carrier. Anodised satin clear finish. Operation is automatic and maintenance-free. Seals against the door jamb when the door is closed, and retracts with ease when the door is opened. Using the included bumper and screws, the seal may be installed either inside or outside of the door.

Appropriate for a wide range of swinging doors. Suited to both new construction and retrofit applications. A minimum gap of 3mm. Maximum gap of 14mm. Trim to fit up to 95mm reduction.
