6 litre Wet Chemical Extinguisher
The 6-litre wet chemical fire extinguisher is the perfect choice for any commercial kitchen, specifically designed to safely tackle Class F fires involving deep fat fryers. No other type of fire extinguisher should be used in kitchens with cooking oils and fats. The nitrogen solution inside rapidly knocks out flames, cools the burning oil, and seals the surface to prevent re-ignition.
This extinguisher is easy to use, producing a layer of foam on the burning oil, stopping the supply of oxygen so that the fire isn't fuelled any further. With a 75F rating (capable of extinguishing a fire in a 75-litre deep fat fryer) and a 13A rating for Class A fires.
