5kg Automatic Clean Gas Extinguisher – Ceiling

Our 5kg automatic clean gas extinguisher, also referred to as a clean agent, is a highly efficient solution for extinguishing fires while prioritising the safety of individuals. It utilizes Fluoroketone (FK-5-1-12) as its extinguishing agent, which is ideal for safeguarding sensitive equipment and locations. The use of this clean agent ensures that fires are effectively put out without causing any collateral damage, enabling the recovery of crucial data.

With a coverage area of 7 m³, the 5kg automatic clean agent extinguisher is equipped with a quartzoid bulb that breaks at 68°C, allowing for the timely release of its contents when the room reaches a high temperature. For optimal effectiveness, it should be centrally installed on the ceiling. This extinguisher is versatile, capable of handling Class A, B, and C fires, including those originating from electrical sources. It works by absorbing heat from the fire without leaving harmful or corrosive residues behind.

This clean gas automatic extinguisher is suitable for various settings, such as boats, plant rooms, engine bays, and flammable liquid stores. It effectively combats fires of different types, including Class A (involving wood, paper, cloth, etc.), Class B (involving flammable liquids), and Class C (involving flammable gas), and is safe to use around live electrical equipment.

The product holds CE Marking, UKCA approval, and has been thoroughly tested and approved by the British Standards Institution (BSI).

When used indoors and properly maintained, this extinguisher can be expected to have a lifespan of 5 to 10 years, making it a reliable long-term fire safety investment.
