The polyurethane foam is environmentally friendly, as it is free from CFCs and H-CFCs, posing no harm to the ozone layer. It effectively seals against smoke and gas, boasting a fire rating of up to 60 minutes in accordance with EN 1634-1 & BS476-22. Tested in both metal and timber stud partitioning, it accommodates gaps ranging from 7mm to 30mm.
Furthermore, it has undergone acoustic testing up to 43dB (depending on the door density) and is suitable for retrofit applications.
With outstanding adhesion to most substrates and no shrinkage, the 750ml Blue 60 fire-rated frame foam ensures a secure bond. Once cured, it can be easily cut, trimmed, and painted to match your desired aesthetic.
