The X-Sense ProConnected wireless heat alarm is a reliable method of detecting fires in your kitchen or garage, ensuring that your family are protected from potential emergencies. Class A1 certified, means that your heat alarm will only activate when the temperature reaches between 54°C and 65°C and isn’t affected by cooking fumes, dust and fumes which may otherwise cause false alerts. Unlike some others which are batch-tested, each sensor is tested giving you peace of mind.
Part of the X-Sense ProConnected range means you can connect to 24 devices and control, monitor and test them using your smartphone when connected to the Home Hub. When your devices are interconnected, if one alarm detects a potential emergency, all the alarms will sound their 85 Decibel alarm, ensuring everyone is alerted.
The sealed long-life battery means that the battery cannot be removed or tampered with, so you know that you and your family remain protected. The X-Sense ProConnected heat alarm has a lifespan of between 7-10 years depending on whether you connect it to the smart Home Hub. It is also easy to install without the need for an electrician and is supplied with everything you need to install it. Simply fix the mounting plate centrally to the ceiling using the supplied fixings, then just twist the alarm to secure it into position.
It is quick and easy to wirelessly connect your heat alarm to other X-Sense smoke, heat and CO alarms around your home, by using the instructions provided. Connect your devices to the Home Hub to control all your devices through X-Sense Home Security app, here you will be able to name devices, test alarms remotely, receive activation notifications and monitor your home.
Manufactured by X-Sense with a 5-year warranty, the wireless heat alarm measures 111mm wide and 44mm deep. The LED indicator lets you know when the alarm is activated and acts as your silencing and testing button.
Please Note: This heat alarm can only be connected to other alarms in the X-Sense ProConnected range. The Home Hub is only required if you wish to control the alarms using the app; these alarms can be wirelessly interconnected using RF technology without the base station.
