HSE Health & Safety Law Poster
If you are an employer, you are required by law to display the HSE Health & Safety Law Poster. Available in A2 and A3 sizes, the poster displays numbered lists of basic points – telling workers in simple terms what they and their employers need to do. Each poster features a durable laminated construction which ensures that it will last for many years to come. There is also a hologram and unique serial number so that you can be sure the poster is genuine. The poster can be easily installed using self-adhesive pads (sold separately).
Full-colour illustrations and user-friendly text is displayed on the poster, meaning that it can be easily understood. Under the Health and Safety Information for Employees Regulations (HISIER), all employers are required to have the poster displayed in a prominent location on all business premises – even if they only employ one other person. It is the employer’s responsibility that the version which is displayed in the workplace is up-to-date.
An updated, simpler version of the Health & Safety Law poster was introduced back in 2009 – with this version needing to be displayed by April 2014. Those who are still displaying the old version will need to replace it with this new HSE Health & Safety Law Poster as soon as possible in order to comply with current legislation.
