It sounds obvious, but the most important aspect of any fire alarm is that it must be heard. Simply Extinguisher's range of quality fire alarms make sure that, unlike ideal children, your fire alarm will be both seen and heard!
For many situations, the unique sound of a rotary fire alarm bell will be effective in raising the alarm to all. Simple to operate, long-lasting and with a 'traditional' sound that is instantly recognisable, a rotary hand bell can be attached to a wall or post for instant alarm provision.
For more noisy situations, such as outside premises or construction sites, a Howler fire alarm is the ideal choice. Our Howler site alarm blasts out a 118db alarm using just a 9v battery. For larger or exposed sites, the tougher, heavy duty Howler version sounds at an impressive 120db.
Of course, the site staff member who discovers a fire may not be close to an alarm point on a large site, so equip them with an aerosol fire horn, and they can raise the alarm instantly.
For show homes, temporary buildings or shops where image is important but hard-wiring is not an option, the Megalarm delivers both clean lines and 90db of warning.
Would you like to have one of our certified BAFE service technicians visit your premises or site to commission your new fire extinguishers for the Fire Regulations?
The cost to visit is £25.97 + vat (£31.16 inc vat) with each extinguisher at £6.00 + vat (£7.20 inc vat).
Optionally, the cost to commission and install (fix to the wall) is £13.00 + vat (£15.60 inc vat). Our technician will place them on stands at no charge if you have purchased these
Please note a £10 + vat (£12 inc vat) surcharge will be added for all London postcodes
NOTE - commissioning on-site after delivery is a requirement of British Standard 5306 Part 3, the Fire Safety Order, HMO fire safety guidance, and is commonly required by most insurers. It is not a requirement (but still an option) for a domestic home in single family occupancy
Please select one option
(this message will only appear once and, if you select 'yes', it will automatically add the same for all extinguishers added to cart. You still have the option to remove before submitting your order)
