Ceiling air valves have become a popular fire protection solution within home and workplace structures. These air valves should be protected to eliminate the potential for rapid fire spread. Our fire-rated ceiling air valves are an easy and effective solution. Our valve is also a less costly alternative to metal fire-rated valves and fire dampers. After installation, the ceiling valve is effectively protected, yet air flow is kept per approved document B of the building regulations.
