Apollo Optical Smoke Detector 65 Series

The Apollo Optical Smoke Detector 65 Series is ideal for detecting smouldering fires which burn slower. These are often caused by the burning of furnishings. The detector is also well versed in a variety of different environments.

An LED bulb inside emits a light every three seconds. Normally, the sensor would not detect this. However, when smoke is present, it will reflect the light on the sensor, triggering the alarm. These are ideal for placement in bedrooms and escape routes.

Installing detectors with a range of different sensor types will ensure you have all-round protection. Plus, by having the same external design as the Apollo Ionisation Smoke Detector, you won’t sacrifice aesthetics.
