Air Release Valves for Dry Risers

Our Air Release Valves are an essential component of fire fighting systems, such as dry risers, wet risers, hose reel systems, and sprinklers. These valves are designed to automatically release air from the pipeline when the system is first charged with water and the internal pressure becomes too high. As the air pressure is released, a rubber ball within the valve is pushed upwards to seal the vent hole, ensuring a steady and reliable flow of water when you need it most.

Manufactured by Vigil Products with brass in accordance with BS5041, these air release valves are available with either a parallel BSP and tapered BSPT Male thread of 25mm (1 inch) or 19mm (¾ inch) inlet.
