Designed for use on 24V fire alarm systems, the 24V 5A relay on a plate can be connected to a control panel relay output or a polarised fire alarm sounder circuit to operate retaining magnet door holders, roller shutter doors, and other fire alarm ancillaries. General purpose and double-pole, they can automatically activate when the fire alarm is active and deactivate when reset.
Suitable for mounting on a 25mm flush or surface UK single gang back box, the 24V 5A relay on a plate incorporates a high intensity LED which illuminates when the relay is active. Manufactured by C-TEC, fixed wiring mains supply should be exclusive to the BF376 remote relay device, and use three core cable fed from an isolated switch fuse spur, and fused to a 5A max.
Please Note: Prior to installation, check with the approving authority that this is acceptable if connecting to a sounder circuit as the relay will return to its normal state when the fire condition is cleared or silenced.
