Ceiling air valves have become a popular fire protection solution within home and workplace structures. These air valves should be protected to eliminate the potential for rapid fire spread. Our fire rated ceiling air valves are an easy and effective solution. Our valve is also a less costly alternative to metal fire rated valves and fire dampers. After installation, the ceiling valve is effectively protected, yet air flow is kept in accordance with approved document B of the building regulations.

Tested to BS1365-2:1999 and BS5476: Part 20: 1987, the fire rated ceiling air valve is easy to retrofit and fits the same way as a normal air valve for extraction applications.
