The low expansion foam branchpipe comes equipped with a pick-up line and piercing tube, providing a straightforward solution for introducing foam concentrate into your firefighting output. It is fully inducting and designed to work with all types of foam concentrate. This branchpipe offers a longer reach of up to 40 metres and superior cooling compared to the medium versions. You can choose between the 480LPM or 960LPM versions depending on the flow rate you require.

With a pistol grip that enhances handling and provides a comfortable hold, the stirrup handle on top grants you complete control over the flow, allowing you to easily turn it on or off. The low-expansion foam branchpipe boasts a sturdy construction that is resistant to corrosion and can be easily repaired and serviced.

Operating at a working pressure of 7 bar and featuring a foam expansion ratio of over 5 times, this branchpipe is designed to first expand the foam and then accelerate it to high velocity. The inlet is manufactured according to BS336 standards and is suitable for equipment designed for standard 2.5-inch (64mm) diameter hosing. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial and marine environments.

The stainless-steel piercing tube enables you to extract foam directly from the source, while the body is constructed of hard-anodised aluminium. The handle is made of injection-moulded nylon, and the valve is manufactured from aluminium, all produced for Vigil Products. Compatible with our Variable In-Line Foam Inductor.
