1kg Compact Automatic Extinguisher - Ceiling

When there is limited space, you still need to find room in your engine room for fire precautions, which you can do with the 1kg Compact Automatic Extinguisher. Filled with a dry powder extinguishant and supplied with a ceiling fixing bracket, its compact design is ideal.

Suitable to tackle fires including Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc), Class B (flammable liquids), and Class C (flammable gas), it is also safe around live electrical equipment.

A glass bulb breaks when temperatures reach 68 degrees Celsius and above, which then results in the dry powder inside being spread over a 1 square metre area. Taking 8 seconds to fully discharge, which should be plenty of time to fully extinguish a fire when you’re not around.

With indoor use and proper maintenance, you can expect the 1kg Compact Automatic Extinguisher to last for 5 – 10 years and is ideal for boats, plant rooms, engine bays and flammable liquid stores.
